take panadol 2 tablets + 1 capsule macrobac with warm water ....2 times a day after having meal..
don't go for antibiotics right away... take panadol 1 tab thrice a day.. Luke warm water gragles.. take neo-antial 1 daily for 5 days.. if not settled then consult any doctor nearby
