Sir, I am feeling cold icy chest since morning. Feeling like sardi chest mein jati jaa rhi hai. What should i do? Is there need to be worry? Mjy asthma like symptoms bhi hain last year se but Alhumdulilah ab asthma control mein hai. Kia ye clod icy chest ka feel hona Asthma se related hai?
yes it can be chest tightness due to cold ... take ur medicines ,warm ur self ..cover ur chest...use mask...take steam twice a day..use warm liquids..avoid allergens...
