Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
I have gallstones and i guess due to that I have constipation. Before that I was ok. It's been 3 years. Now I have extreme constipation and because of that I had anal fissures. It went away on its own but again from 1 week I'm facing pain while passing stool and sometimes it bleeds too.
Eat fibrous diet and take lots of water. Avoid constipation. If not releived with diet and fluids please start syrup lilac 2 tbsp twice daily for 3 days. Once constipations settles. Consult a surgeon n get your digital rectal examination done.
