Talk to General Physician on Continuous Fever

Aoa, My husband is suffering frm fever frm the day before yesterday. It started at 101.. he started taking 2 panadol (paracetamol) tabs after every 4 hrs. It dropped to 100 F.. at night it dropped to 99 F.. but the next morning the temp was again 100 F. All day it went up to 101F. At night he took Azomax(500mg), continuing panadol too.. but now in the morning he is feeling 101F.. wjat can be the reason? No running nose, no sore throat. He coughs but very rare..
