Talk to General Physician on Continuous Flu, Ear Infection, Uncomfortable Throat, Dandruff, Hairfall

Assalamu aliakum. Mujhey Ear issue hy, i think infection hy ears main, jiski wja sy meri sunny ki Strength week hoti jarhi hy. Or boht extreme dandruff or hairfall bhi horha hy.

Every day i wake up in morning, mujhey flu horha hora hy, like jesy nose sy beh raha hota hy flu. and i don't feel good with my Throat in that period.

or jab main uth jata hun, chai brkfst leta hun. to thek hojata hy throat.

Can anyone help me with Ears infection and flu and hairfall? are these things related to each other?
