Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, KARACHI

Assalam U Alaikum I'm 23 years old having weight of 65 and height of 5 ft I'm married and have no kids... I'm patient of hyperthyroidism,hypertension and high level of insulin... I'm taking medication of : thyroxine (2 tabs before breakfast), with lunch:folic acid,surbex-z and glucophage With dinner: only glucophage I want to conceive as well... My question is in this state of my condition it's safe to me to have corona vaccine??? I heard that it's not safe with these type of health issues and it increase infertility and hormonal issues in women! What should i do plz guide
