My father is on medication (neuro). He is taking attached medicines since last month. Can he be vaccinated for Corona ? Last year in 2020, he had Corona and found Covid Positive. He is also a diabetic.

All patients with chronic diseases are high risk cases for catching the disease Corona .Also in elderly patients,the risk is increased.Also diabetes and TIA increase the risk.
The only contraindication is if your father has any allergies.I hope his kidney liver systems are working fine.
You should get him vaccinated as soon as possible.
