My 4 yrs old had chest congestion so dr prescribed her clenil in saline. Mistakenly I nebulized her twice a day with clenil only without diluting with saline and once I nebulized a day after. Is it harmful? I'm so worried. I though these are saline strips
Always exercise caution—though not harmful, remember to add saline for humidifying the air. In its absence, you can use Clenil twice a day. Stay well!
You can continue nebulizing your child with atrm half ampule and clenil half ampule dilute with 2cc normal saline twice daily or depends on clinical condition of child...regarding further issue plz contact
