Mujhe throat me mucus feel hota hai aur jiski waja se severe cough hoti hai yahan tak ke vomiting hojati thi. Ye problem November, 2018 me hua tha phir ENT specialist ko dikhaya. ENT doctor ne kaha DNS problem hai aur medicine de di. Medicine se temporary period ke liye cough khtm hojati thi. Us doctor se kaafi time tak mein medicine leta raha. Phr jab dobara se severe cough hui to mein dosre ENT surgeon ke pas gya us ne kaha surgery hogi. Us ne meri nose surgery ki April 2019 mein aur kaha ab problem nahi hoga. Lekin phr se 4 month bad same problem hogya. Mein ne 2 din pehle Marham platform pe ek ENT specialist ke sath online consultation ki aur unhon ne mujhe ye prescription di: Xynosine (3 times), Mucolatur sachets (3 times), Ivy cough syp (3 times), Myteka tab (1 time), Enziclor mouth wash (3 times).
Lekin mujhe bilkul bh farq nh hua abh tak, 2 din se ye medicine kha raha hun. Kindly sincere suggestion dein.

Perfume fragrance se allergy hoti hai baqi dhool matti se hoti nh lekin mein phr bh avoid karta hun. Mujhe medically ye kese pata lagega ke mujhe kis cheez se allergy hoti hai, I mean konsi aisi test karwaun jis se en cheezon ka pata chal sake?

Salaam. Sab se pehle tou apne gale ko dry na hone den. Nor saline k drops agar thori dair fridge m rakh k istemal kie jayen tou nasal congestion kafi behtar hoti hai.
Is k ilawa bahar nikalte hue mask ka istemal zarur Karen. Aj kal k dry aur dusty mausam m sinusitis buhat Common hai.
