Talk to General Physician on Covid 19.. CT Chest Mass

diagnosed with covid twice with 1 year gap ..first time it was symptomatic but 2nd time it was asymptomatic ..only reports shows positive result . but after 2 months i started feeling SoB tiredness fatigue cough and swelling on eyes .. on CT of chest without contrast it shows anterior mediastinal mass presence... now my concern is what to do next ...m too worried... i was in KSA when i diagnosed with Covid but now i reached Pakistan for treatment .. kindly need sincere suggestions .. regards
