Talk to General Physician on COVID-19 IgG Antibody Report.

I was in contact with covid positive person last week January 4, 2020 and doctor suggested me to perform PCR and total antibody test on January 12, 2021 because i don't have any covid symptoms. I have done both test my PCR test is negative but total antibody is reactive so doctor suggest me to perform one more test which is Covid IGG TEST. I am attaching my IGG test report, please check and advise me about my IgG report . Note: (I am having flu from two days after PCR Nasal Swab test).
The IgG test is advised at least after 3 weeks to get the actual picture.
