it can be used. but you are already taking one antibiotic Azithromycin . so no need of inj. need steroid as inj dexamethasone .
need xray chest and labs
CBC. ESR.CRP. D DIMER. LDH. Procalcitonin..UCEs.
closly monitor oxygen saturation (should be more than 95%)
pt may need anticoagulation and anti viral drugs depend upon condition and labs
