start tab azomax 500 mg in night daily
tab myteka 1 tab in night
syp hydrilin 2 tsp three times a day
mucolater sachet 1 sachet 3 times day
tab loprin 1 tab in night
steam inhalation every 2 hourly
give him lots of hot beverages like qehwa luke warm water yakhni
dry fruits
for qehwa take 3 glass of water n put cinnamon stick zeera ginger n garlic 3 cloves n boil it till it becomes 1 cup give it with a tablespoon of honey
read surah e tagabun daily n inshaAllah he ll fine
follow this regimen for 7 days keep an eye on his temperature n saturation continuously
