Assalam o Alaikum,
Aapke hematocrit level ka 34 hona thora low hai, lekin dengue mein hematocrit ke level ka low hona aam baat hai. Agar hematocrit low hai, to iska matlab ho sakta hai ke aapka blood volume zyada ho gaya ho (fluid overload) ya aapka dengue mild stage mein hai.
Zyada pareshani us waqt hoti hai jab hematocrit zyada ho jaye, jo fluid loss ya dehydration ka ishara hota hai, aur wo dengue ke severe stage ka nishan hota hai.
Apna hydration theek rakhain aur apne doctor se regular follow-up karen taake dengue ke progress ko monitor kiya ja sake.

Agar dengue ka test negative aya hai, lekin aapko abhi bhi fever, flu, gala kharab, vomiting, aur zyada weakness hai, toh ye viral infection ya kisi doosri bimari ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Sans phoolna aur bohot zyada weakness ko ignore nahi karna chahiye.
Aap ko zaroori hai ke:
- Hydration ka khayal rakhen (zyada se zyada pani, ORS, ya fresh juices lein).
- Tab. Paracetamol 500mg (din mein 3-4 dafa fever aur body pain ke liye lein).
- Agar sans phool raha hai ya weakness zyada barh rahi hai, toh ye zaroori hai ke aap foran doctor se rujoo karen, kyun ke kisi doosri infection ya condition ko rule out karna zaroori hai (jaise chest infection).
