Talk to General Physician on Cramp Type Pain In Lower Abdomen

Hi I have been diagnosed with ibs. My anxiety triggers the need to rush to the washroom which is sometimes loose stool sometimes constipated. I am also having a lot of flatulence. My gastro gave me colofac and risek and it’s been 10 -11 days since m taking it. It’s a little better but sometimes I get lower abdomen pain right in the center which makes me feel like I need to rush to the washroom. I tried to control it twice and after passing gas it became better. Today it started an hour after i he intercourse. I want to know if it’s related to IBS or if it’s something else like a gynaecological issue Like a cyst or Something. Want to avoid going for Ultrasound or any doctor because of the virus.

I also felt piles and burning while passing stool on Sunday so my gastroenterologist suggested hadensa cream and dafflon but after just one application of cream I felt better so didn’t take dafflon. Currently I am on risek, acicon40 mg at night, colofac 135mg three times and brintillex 10mg for anxiety. It’s been almost 2 weeks to all of this. Since ramazan is starting in a day I want to know how long will it take for this to get better? I am passing burning stool also since two days and mild electric type cramp in the hip area. Why is this happening? Should I start dafflon as suggested by my gastroenterologist? Or is it something else? I don’t feel pain while passing stool. Had labio anal fistula 5 years ago which is fine now.
