Over the counter multi vitamins are okay to use, if you’re planning on taking for a longer period use on alternate days, creatine is basically a part of chain compound which is amino acid basically protein,that is found in red meat, if you’re working out specifically to gain muscle mass use quality products cheaper version can cause kidney problems liver damage , so be careful , read it about on internet thoroughly

It's always better to fulfill your requirements with diet. Multivitamins to some extent are beneficial. But it's best not to use creatine. Increase your protein intake from diet instead

No. Creatine shouldn't be used like this. It will increase your muscle mass suddenly and when you will leave. Muscle loss will be sudden as well.
