Talk to General Physician on CSF Fluid Is Exerting Pressure

My father aged 73 is a doctor led an active life with no medical issue except sling problem known as Psoriasis. He started complaining of cold two months back which we took normal as weather was cold in Lahore. Then during Ramazan he started loosing appetite and gradually became slow weak movement s but mentally alert. From past 15 days he is becoming mentally disoriented, doesn't talk sense although after medication his movements are better and walking without stick. I'm sharing his scan and prescription please guide prognosis of this ailment and if this condition is reversible? Also throw light about necessity of surgery and chances of success. TIA
