Dehyderation, Dry Mouth

Question

I am affecting with dehyderation all the day, in whole day i drank water 6 to 10 glass .i dont know why my mouth is too much dry,and my lips stick with teeth and my throat is also dry .after and before sleep . i am using medicines 
warfin, a2a, reline and loprin 1 time at night.
