its likely viral illness, of platelets and WBC (TLC) count was low before now recovered within normal limits so likey u had Dengue fever and one of its recovery feature is itching. Use antihistamine like tab Zyrtec/Rigix/Antial 10mg once a day for itching. For diarrhea use probiotics like nestle yougurt, ishpagol husk, Enflor sachet twice a day. NO antibiotics please. Increase liquid intake along with soft diet ( rice, boil potatoes, egg white, shorba with homemade chapati, banana)
