Talk to General Physician on Diaarhea With Fever
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Lahore
I suffered abdominal pain with 3-4 episodes of loose motion woth temperature 101. Dr advices me to go for cbc and meanwhile to take novidat 500mg bd. Diarrhea settled but abdominal pain and fever persisted. I had bodyaches whenever temp rises after every 3 hrs even after taking 2 panadols . Then dr suspected corona and advices to go for CPR, D-dimer, ferritin, PCR. PCR is not detected. Rest values are disturbed. I’ve no flu, slight cough with nasal dripping often. Kindly advice me should i go for isolation or no?? I k currently taking deltacortril 2 bd, leflox 240mg bd. As dr prescribed. I’ve a family to look after with 2 small kids. Kindly advice me what should i do? Reports r attached.

how many days of fever and diarrhoea,
notice any blood in stool?
pattern of fever? high grade means above 101?
fever only at night?
are you taking any medicine ?
reports aren't going in one direction..
please do consultation for better conclusion..
Go for stool test too. You need to start antibiotics as your blood picture is indicating some bacterial infection due to high neutrophil count and high CRP level.Thanks
