Talk to General Physician on Diabetes

Aoa, you have to check it again for atleast 7 days, once before breakfast and 2 hours after taking meal. On only 1 or 2 readings no one can label you as diabetic

check your blood sugar level fasting and random once again for tomorrow

kindly repeat your fasting blood sugar level after 2 weeks and share report meanwhile keep an eye on ur diet .. 6 weeks until delivery effects of gestational diabetes are there so ideally u should do FBS after 2wks now and get it done by proper lab

I can't diagnose you on the above criteria.
Get checked fasting glucose level approximately 10-12 hrs after meal and Random blood sugar preferably 2 hrs after breakfast.

One reading is not enough. Do monitoring of RBS for at least 2-3 days.
Were your sugars controlled towards end of gestation (near delivery).
If it was not controlled then no use of HbA1C as it will be deranged.
To do now:
1. Monitor FBS after 8 hrs of complete fasting no water, no food.
2. RBS monitoring 2 hrs post meal 2-3 times a day.
3. Maintain healthy active life style
4. Avoid sugary foods and drinks especially processed sugars. Take fruits/honey as an alternate

monitor yourself for a week. one reading after 12 hours of fasting and one reading after 2 hours of eating. take appointment thereafter

avoid sweets n such high calorie diet
repeat fbs atleast 12 hr of fasting n report me.
