Generally high blood sugar measured. High blood sugar immediately after waking up. Todays reading: 176 after waking up 1 hour after breakfast: 190 Last night before meal: 176 Its being observed since the last month. Medications: Jaunmet 1000mg twice a day, single table, morning and evening Lipotor 20mg HbA1c: 8

Two options;
1. Patient needs adjustment of oral hypoglycemic by the physician already treating.
2. Can be shifted to Insulin but under supervision and observation of a medical doctor preferably after admission in the hospital.
Take care of the food/meals;
Sugar free diet
Small meals at 3-4 hours intervals but less in quantity
Daily regular walk for at least 45 minutes
Increase water intake
