Kindly tell me how can someone know that he is diabetic or not. What will be symptoms ? which test is required for to identify the diabetes and what is requirements for test like time, fasting or. without fasting and in morning or evening??

After 8 to 12 hours of fasting you can have a fasting blood glucose levels can be checked.
