Dear
Diabetes Millitis can be controlled but cannot be finished by any
medication.
( in allopathic mode of treatment).

Nor aware neither believe on the claims made by Homeopaths and hakeems etc)

Internal Medicine Specialist in Karachi - Dr. M Saeed Shekhani

Dear Pateint,
I think you are asking if diabetes can be cured.
The answer is NO. But it can be controlled. Which means if your sugar levels remain under control with diet exercise and treatment then the complications of diabetes can be minimized.
So, once you have diabetes you have it and you have to live with it.
Diabetic (sugar) can not be abolished by medicines. This is false, unscientific, and irrational claim by some hakeems / doctors on tv.

Please feel free to consult for any other information.

Thank you for the consult.
I can understand that Diabetes is a disease that seems a debilitating
condition. And one wants to get rid of it. Many factors are involved in its
causality. Understand is that this disease can not be cured but can be
managed well enough to have perfect sugar levels.
Healthy lifestyle is the key. Brisk walk 30-45 minutes every day. Avoid
sugary foods. Do light exercise. Be stress free.Follow the medications your
diabetologist has prescribed very regularly.
Hakimi and other forms of medications can be risk for health as these
medications are not laboratory tested or certified.

Remember that ACCEPTANCE IS THE KEY TO START TREATING THE DISEASE

Thank you

Unfortunately no! In patients who are overweight and diabetic however,
gastric bypass surgery (and to a lesser extent, sleeve gastrectomy) can, in
fact, completely cure diabetes.
