My baby has been having very bad nappy rashes. The area is very red, with very tiny white bumps all over the area and now the skin is peeling as well. I will share the picture as well. Please need your guidance.

apply sudocream to the affected area, please start syp. zincat-OD 2.5ml once a day for 5 days. Try and leave him without a diaper on for as long as you can till the rashes heal. If you are using wipes, use unfragranced wipes by pampers/johnson's for sensitive skin, otherwise you can use plain water to wash. also what feed is he on and had he been having diarrhea recently?

A rash this bad without diarrhea is rare. What brand of diapers and wipes are you using? Also how frequently do you change him?
