Asking For Father, Male 79, Mirpurkhas
Due to weakness and urinary tract infection we have to use diapers 24 Hours for like. month continuously for old man of age 79, and dont know for how much time more, so please suggest good care and specially prevention from diaper rashes , what to apply, and cure of rashes

use talc powder (baby Johnson) and cream sylver sulfadiazin (dermazin)
use the hydrazole cream for diaper rashes.
u can use external catheter if the rashes are severe.. secondoy ate u sure that they are only rashew and not bed sores.. because bed sore need in patient treatment

Alhamdolillah No severe rashes
just itching, but as the usage of diapers is continuous I need to know preventive measures,
this itching may convert into rashes, I used external catheters but as low quality available here its friction causes little bruises, so I left using it.
I just need to know the treatment of itching and prevention of rashes, and if face rashes what to be done.

ok... first is... try to buy medical products from well known reputed shops so there will be no quality problem...
secondly u can use flugocid, dermazin or kenacomb...
