Talk to General Physician on Difficulty In Breathing Aftrr Running Fast

Whenever i run fast after a minute or so i face difficulties in breathing now days i am feeling pain on the on the area around hips and chest start i also feels uncomfortable around left side of chest sometimes and now days i can hear voices seems like bubles are breaking, can anyone please suggest me what could be the issue and either should i visit general physician or some specialist regarding which deseas? thank you.

Seems like low stamina. Try with walking regularly daily for a while, then shift to jogging /running. Also take good diet. If the problem persists, consult a general physician.

Thanks for your reply, i was visited a doctor nearby and he also suggested me to walk but at that time there wasn't any pain around chest, is that related to the same problem?

It can be. Keep yourself warm while walking because this can be because of muscle spasm due to cold weather.
