Hello My Mother in law is 70 years old and due to pandemic she cant visit any hospital in karachi. She is suffering from constipation.Also she has some issues in thighs n calf area,she is feeling pain n stretch in muscles and getting up and walking with in the house is also difficult now a days.Over all she is fine and take normal diet. Can i please request any doctor to suggest some medicine which is easily available in karachi for above condition as she cant go out due to pandemic.

She can have syrup lactulose 15-20 ml at night for few days for her constipation. For muscle pain Myogesic 2 tabs three times in a day as required. Also start her with vitamin B and vitamin D supplements along with calcium tabs. Thanks
Start her ensure powder and advice daily half hr walk,all issues will be resolved.if still constipation persist then give Sup.Cremaffen 2 table spoons for 5 to 7 days.
