Talk to General Physician on Don't Diagnose Problem Baby Boy Weeping

A baby boy is only 2 month the problem started with Nasal congestion, but later on he was got better but since last few days he is continuesly weeping & suffering in isomenia.Feeding properly just don't stop crying. Checked to many doctors but they don't diagnose actuall reason of weeping. CT SCAN test is also Normal. Now one Dr said there will be a bonemarrow test. I have attached the doctors Recommendation and medication Reports pls tell me what the actually problem what should we do further and bonemarrow test would be safe..? Am look forward to your kind response as soon as earliest. Thank you
