This needs to be confirmed from the district headquarters hospital of your area of residence. Moreover, people with SLE without having any joint/ limb deformity can lead life without being physically dependant upon others.
The child needs to be evaluated completely by a Rheumatologist who can better guide about the prognosis of the disease.
