meri ammi ko takreeban 3,4 saal pehly left side pr faalij hua tha phr doctor se treatment krwane k baad kuch improvement ai lkn phr bhi hath ki movement sahi nahi hui aur aj bhi chalne me langrahat hai aur knee me pain bhi horaha hai plz koi guide karen kia karna chahiye aur medicen?

pehli ye bata dy ky stroke ischemic thi ya Hemorrhagic thy Ct scan ma kia aya tha.mainly she need
1.nursing care
2.Nutrition support
3.Regular physiotherapy with side change to avoid contracture and Bed sores
4.If hypertensive then take regularly anti-Hypertensive medicine
4.If diabetic then diabetes status should be controlled
5.Echo and ECG and carotid doppler will be needed to exclude AF and etc
