My heartbeat gets abnormal oftenly. I am very afraid why does it happen. Specially when i go upstairs. Or at anytime. Unable to find a reason. It gets faster and i don't know what to do when this happens.

Nothing to worry, it seems Tachycardia/panic attack/anxiety. Firstly better get your cardiac screening like ECHo and other tests like thyroid and blood hb level. If all reports are OK and you don't have asthma then consult a psychiatrist whether to take Tablet Inderal 10mg.

I don't have asthma. But i have a medical history related to lungs. When i was 12, i had a minor TB. Very small amount of water in my lung. Get it removed with the help of medicines. Treated from Captain retired Shabbir hussain.
