I am suffering with Tachycardia since 2 weeks, I am a married person with one kid, I have a habit of taking 1 or 2 cups of coffee (without sugar) daily & smoking habit of 7 to10 sticks daily, my job type is corporate & 12 hours sitting job with one off day weekly, min 5 - max 6 hours are my daily sleep timings..
