Talk to General Physician on Feel Dizzy

Since last Sunday, I feel dizzy when stand up or turn my neck around. I feel that I'm going to fell down. Have slight pain in head and my neck muscles seems hard. Sometimes, i cannot focus/concentrate on the my work. What could be the possible reason? What tests are suggested?
Yes Quite often it is due to neck muscles strains and eye strains due to stress and poor eye vision.
secondly it occurs as Benign vertigo.

At that time may be ur muscular strength was good enough to maintain all that focus and postural problems but now ur posture may be a basic cause of ur condition.
