you can treat them without medicines by changing your environment and Behavioral therapy..
But Medicines can help you get rid of this very early and enhance your life style..

you might have panic disorder. But we have to exclude other serious conditiions.Sp you need to be evaluated by a health care professional with detailed history. you may or may not need medication depending on the severity of your condition.
it can be due to several factors, it can be psychological or physical, if you have facial pain too sometimes sinusitis can be a cause, vision problems can also cause it and so can low blood glucose levels.
This can be due to cervical region muscles and cervical region get stiff and they sometimes refer pain to your head
and other reason could be psychological factor if you are taking too much stress of your exam then this might be causing you headache
if the cause is cervocogenic then you must do cervical stretching exercises
if the cause turn out to be psychological then you must go for aerobic exercises that is jogging walking cycling swimming Make sure to do at least 30 minutes workout
Thank you
