A general physician is always the right person to go to first. He can then further guide you to a relevant consultant. If you want to me to help you and guide you accordingly kindly book an appointment and get a CBC(blood test) done so that we can see why you’re having these complaints.

Kindly incorporate more whole foods into your diet including fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, increasing your water intake, cutting down on excessive salt and sugars, e.g., sugary beverages, etc., improving your sleep quality - going to bed at an earlier hour than you do currently, and getting at least 15-30 minutes of sunlight preferably before 11.30 PM, daily.
Apart from this advice, kindly book an appointment for proper evaluation and management.
