Feeling Weakness

Question

I have chest infection a little bit and i am regularly feeling weakness, I thought  may be this is due to low hemoglobin that\'s why I got my cbc reports done today, but it is 11.4 and everything was normal except E.S.R which is 30mm/ hour 
kindly suggest something to me
