I have visited many ent specialists here in jeddah, everyone says im fine but i suffer every day, whenever i wake up there is a huge white smelly layer of something on my tongue, also it feels like something is stuck in my throat, dr have done x-ray and he says everything is okay also i have taken all antibiotics, nasal sprays, nasal irrigation pumps, and other medicines like Omeprazole and other mucus clearing syrups too, but nothing works, its been 6 months now and its very problematic for me, plz someone help me,

It seems like Candidiasis/Thrush but will be confirmed on physical inspection. If so, then only antifungals will work.
Steroid containing sprays and antibiotics will only aggravate the situation as they are a major cause of Candidiasis.
