it's never recommended to take processed food when a person is healthy enough.
Take fresh milk and fruits (not juice only) to fulfil nutrients n vitamins requirements If you are really concern then consult Nutritionist for a diet plan.
If a person taking good diet n not performing enough activities or exercises then food doesn't benefit too. so start exercises along with healthy diet to control blood pressure and its side effects for longer time....
u never know what are you giving in the form of processed food to your loved ones... so take care naturally n have a healthy lifestyle
