Talk to General Physician on Fever After Operation

i was pregnant and after 9 months i start feeling fever with shivering when i did scan then doctor told me my baby died and they operate me and during operations i was having fever after operation they told me the reaaon of fever was that i have malaria and infection and ECR was 86 Now i complete my malaria dose but i have still in fever my operation was on 3rd march and i have fever from 1st march and still now i am having fever and headache two days ago my ECR was 50 and now it is on 70 kindly told me what should i have to do to get rid of fever??

we need to know little more details about u. what medications are u taking since operation, what is ur platelets count, is there any change in fever pattern (frequency +intensity ) and is it associated with joint pains or pain behind eyes./temporal headache. can u share ur blood complete picture report here.
In light of available history I would suggest u to go for repeated course of antimalarial drugs

please monitor your blood presure (by murcury b.p apparatus) & fever (by thermometer) twice daily for 4 days & record it in a document & share with us.
Is there anybody in your family having long lasting diseses like T.B, Hepatitis, or CANCER ???
Do these tests & share the reports.
1- CBC + ESR
2- URINE D/R
3- TYPHIDOT
4- WIDAL
5- M.P
6- SPUTEM CULTURE FOR AFB.
7- HCV (Sreening)
8- HBV ( Screening)
All these tests are compulsary to asses the basic causes of fever of unknown origin.
Please share any other symptoms with details that you are having at the moment.

i am taking antibiotics and oxidil injections for fever and taking anti malarial dose ... my fever sometimes reach maximum on 101`F and minimum on 100 and sometimes its normal ...
am having sever pain in headache back of the eyes ...
i just did blood test for ESr and that was on 55
