Talk to General Physician on Fever ; Cough ; Blocked Nose

I have fever on and off since 3 days, on first day i only had sore throat then my nose got partially block and partially runnyy (if that makes sense) and have cough and it was painful ankhon mein pani ajata tha takleef se but now cough is not that bad. right now fever nahi hai but i want to ask should i go for covid test cause i have to attend college and i fear if it is virus it can effect others or should i wait for other symptoms?
