Fever/diarrhea Like Symptoms

Question

For 5 days i have not felt hungrey. When i eat even a little i have abdominal pain and go to washroom, even if i eat fruits. Experience cough for 3 days Since y'day i am having flue, throat itch and fever, its 100.i took two panadols but no effect. Its still 100. I feel dizzy, feel like throwing up, specially when cough. Unable sleep since two days. Should i start taking paracetamol and azimax? How many paracetamol should be taken? Plz suggest something for sleep as well.

one and same thing Panadol and paracetamol u can either of the Two tak Motilium v and panadol 2 tds

paracetamol you can take 2 tablets 3 times a day it's okay...take risek 40 mg before breakfast for 3 days and tab caricef 400 mg for 3 days.... for the sleep you should not start  sleeping pills that much soon I recommend you to wait till your health gets better

is your cough dry ? nasal symptoms suggest ot to be viral hence no antibiotics.. need to access you on the basis of centor score if antibiotics indicated for t
