It all started last Saturday with severe diarrhoea and vomits.. then i had fever with shivering on sunday went to hospital took medicines .. uske bd i am having weakness drowsiness fever rat ko hta hai with shivering and panadol lo to fever utrta hai uske bd phr chrhjata hai and so on till today.. i am unable to pass stool and vomit srf bhaaripan hora hai and uski wja s kch khaya b nai jaara

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started
U need to visit clinic sounds like u r not taking medicne properly n just cbc is not sufficient to make diagnosis. Also need to hydrate as diarhea n vomiting lead to dehydration..... Till then take panadol SOS... Tab gravinate before meal. And yogurt with enflor sachet in it... Regards
