Talk to General Physician on Flu & Cough & Fever

Sir i have bit a fever in previous two days and severe pain in head in previous two days now i have no fever , no headache but i have Flu very severe and very extensive cough. Mocus is hardly struck in my lungs and it difficulty comes out with cough. My one side of nose remains close while other site is quite open. i feel irritating on side of nose. So please suggest me its medicine how to get recovered. These symptoms are from 1 week. Thanks
