My dad has this skin problem of itching idk how to explain it, my mother gets pink spots usually on her face and i used to get these bumpy itchy spots all over my body like hives

U must b having allergic rhinitis. Start taking antihistamine any in low dose. Like tab Desora 1 tab OD for 10 days
u are having some alergy it's called Alergic Rhinitis,,
wear a proper mask ,avoid from dust ,smoke and start taking some anti alergic medicine and consult your physician asap ..

most probably it's allergy to your bed mites ... or other allergens such as cockroaches... flu is one week maximum

with insecticide spray but put all of your mattress, blanket, .... under the direct sun ray for few hours then wash all of them
