Kindly protect her from the cold. Avoid going out with her at night, or when the wind is chilly even during the day. Swaddle her in warm clothing.

If you are breastfeeding her, kindly avoid consuming cold foodstuffs like ice-cream, sodas, etc.

At first keep her warm, give her steam inhalation with a steamer put a laung (clove) in water and give that steam to the baby atleast 4 times a day. Give her 1spoon of honey in warm water once a day. If she has fever than give her panadol sos. Massage her chest with warm oil atleast once a day.
