Recently course Kiya hai antibiotic ka?
OK just do normal saline gargles if u have fever then take only tab panadol
If problem not resolve consult kindly for further assement

Respected Patient. Kindly mention your age, gender, associated symptoms, trigger factors of your throat pain. Have you gone through throat, nose, ear examination from local Dr or GP. Do you have chronic tonsillitis. Do you have cough, dry or with sputum. Do you have fever along with throat pain. Low grade or high grade, continuous or relapsing. Do you have lab test done. CBC, esr, x ray chest PA VIEW, kindly send further details.
In the meantime for symptomatic relief...
Enziclor mouth wash 1tsf gargles after every meal or as needed.
Nirmal saline.. ie. Salt water 1tsf in glass of warm water gargles.
Avoid cold water and drinks.
Soft diet. Protein rich diet
According to your age I will suggest either syp or medicine in tablet form
