Akser chaker ana, chest heavy hona, Galla band rhana is tarh lagna k galla close ho rha ho aur sans rukh rha ho. Old Asthma k patient be hn. Khana khany k bad ya alamat zayda ho jate hn. phechalay 3 month sa on and off mn is tarh ho rha ha. I am also obese.

Ithink u need proper consultation with ur physician agare ako obesity hain to phir sleep apnea ho sakta hai try to review ur asthmatic medications properly
Dec ur wt plz loose ur wt if ur bmi is high
Eets fruit and vegetable more
If smoking then stop smoking plz

I have checked with ENT and Gastro as per them this is Acidic Reflux
