i had a pain on left side of abdominal for excess walking so my doctor recommended me an Ultrasound for pelvic and whole abdomen. In which i found that i have a gallbladder polyp 0.4cm. plus from past 2 years i have digestive issue like i burps alot even on empty stomach, it is compulsory for me to take burp after eating otherwise i can't sleep my stomach feels heavy. From last 1 week i am having upset stomach it got worse pain and sometimes i have constipation or diarrhea. and my stomach gets bigger whenever i eat anything it is embarrassed. and plus my weight is gradually decrease rightnow i have 47kg. so my question is it more serious please any gastroenterologist guide me?! i have attached my report

for the present symptoms visit gastroenterologist

regarding gall bladder polyp, as it is 0.4cm (4mm) so repeat ur ultrasound after 6 months, 1yr, 3yr and 5 yr. If there is increase of more than 2mm than the previous one or overall the size is increased to 10mm and more then surgey should be done.

anyways it better to get an opinion of general surgeon regarding this
