You should actually visit General Physician or your surgeon in Canada to receive a prescription for pain relief as in Canada one can not get medicine without prescription also the patients needs to change her diet. she should have everything boiled. none of her food should have oil in them
Proper detailed history required likh pain characteristics, radiation,duration etc Pain is not only thing to keep in mind need proper management till surgery. Her labs needed to rule out infection which is big issue so might be single medicine don’t work
if she lives in Canada then can't get any pain killer over the counter. she should go yo her GP and ask for pain killers.
